Amorphous alloy iron core has the characteristics of low loss (equivalent to 1/3-1/5 of silicon steel sheet), low coercivity, low excitation wave, and good temperature stability. Transformers made of amorphous alloy have significant energy conservation. Especially suitable for users with low load rates, such as rural areas and developing areas. The amorphous alloy transformer core adopts three-phase five column coil iron core, and the iron core is clamped with a thin sheet forming frame structure. The low-voltage coil is of foil wound type, which has strong short-circuit resistance and advanced and reasonable structure. The overall performance index reaches the world's advanced level.
